Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report

BILDU LAN – 2021

In 2021, Bildu Lan began a process of reflection and action aimed at progressively integrating corporate social responsibility criteria into our strategy, planning and management.

The first step was to carry out a situation assessment to establish the organisation’s starting point in relation to CSR criteria, using the INNOVARSE methodology.

During the second half of 2021, we assessed the findings and defined an Action Plan to address the priority areas for improvement identified in the initial diagnosis, on which work has continued since then.

We are now taking the next step by preparing our first sustainability report, bringing together the progress made in CSR, including indicators, and communicating it to our stakeholders.
