In 2018, we began a strategic reflection process in which we incorporated Corporate Social Responsibility. Today, in 2021, this has been formalised in an Action Plan.

This Plan will help us continue to progressively integrate social responsibility criteria into our strategy, planning and management.

As a result of this reflection, we have joined the InnovaRSE system, a management model promoted by the Government of Navarre in which public and private organisations and individuals participate actively, working together to progress towards sustainability.

We believe that corporate social responsibility must incorporate sustainability criteria across its three dimensions—economic, environmental and social—and, to achieve this, we are engaged in a long-term process that should gradually lead us towards our goal.

This is a long and complex path that requires changes in the way we work and interact with our stakeholders.

However, we are not starting from scratch. As part of this process, we have identified a number of good practices already in place within the company, including:

1. Systematic reduction of electricity consumption.
2. Preparation of the Equality Plan.
3. Monitoring of process indicators.

We have also identified several areas in which we are committed to improving during 2021 and 2022, specifically:

3. Performance Evaluation
4. Occupational health and safety system
5. Work-life balance measures
6. Training Plan
7. Code of Ethics and Conduct

We reaffirm our strong commitment to this process and to communicating the steps taken along this corporate social responsibility journey to our stakeholders.
