Nail processing

This automated process is for welding nails to a continuous support (wire roll) to make up rolls with a preset number of nails that are used with nail guns.

The nails are fed into the continuous welding line and the resulting nail band is cut in preset segments and rolled. The roll is then subjected to a chemical coating bath.
