Mechanization

BILDU LAN S. Coop. was founded in 1973 by a group of professional mechanics that soon focused on the production of machines. Nevertheless, the manufacture of components has remained an important part of our activity.

Our mechanized part team has been constantly upgraded, both human and productive resources, and is now a state-of-the-art mechanical workshop with the latest means of production capable of supplying components such as tooling with highly precise tolerance values and finishes, etc. This fabrication is normally for unit pieces or short series.

This activity includes milling, routing, rectification, electro-erosion, etc. with numeric control devices and CAD / CAM systems, as well as a quality control division with updated control and measurement devices.

This service is also a necessary complement to our own manufacturing processes (with the advantages of in-house supply), as well as satisfying the needs of clients who request custom-made pieces or components, as specified in technical drawings.

The team is headed by a well-experienced individual and counts on the assistance of mechanical operators capable of providing the client assemblies of pieces in accordance with technical drawings.
