Shock absorber assembly and verification

This is a machine that automatically monitors assembled shock absorbers, including component detection, dimensional and geometric specifications.

It is a highly flexible machine that can be readily adapted to new products; it incorporates a camera with artificial vision controlled by a 6-axis robot and developed software for this application.

Complete front tube-type shock absorber production line

This is a complete line for the production of McPherson-type shock absorbers and is made up of the following stations: assembly of tube and clamp, welding of tube and clamp, welding of head and tube, sealed unit check and automated cell for welding stabilizer rod support to the tube.

Shock absorber tube reduction

This is a machine that reduces the diameter of the tube at both of its ends, by means of hydraulic devices. It is a multiple manipulator system that displaces the parts to the following station and forms a part of the fully automated line.
